Everyone wants to wake up to Coach Zach with their Monday Morning Coffee!

This Monday we have a Full Body 3D Total Body Workout to target hips, spine, and all of motion within the body.

When we are talking about 3D, as in 3 Dimensions of the body we break it down into the different planes of movement. Thats Forward, Backward, Sideways, and Rotational Movement.

99% of people walking this earth in the modern day are only working in a 1 dimensional plane, that plane being Forward. You walk to your fridge, you get groceries, take long strolls down by the lake. Thats all FORWARD movement.

When was the last time you walked backwards?

When was the last time you moved sideways?

My guess is not since you were young, which could have been years and years ago.

Thats why it's so important to work out and exercises the other dimensions, to help balance out the equilibirm of your body. Adding these into your routine will help you with overall movement, stiffness, pain and increase your athleticism.
