The Tascam Recorder DR-07X, DR-05X and DR-40X (Four-Track Digital Audio Recorder) all have been upgraded be a USB Audio Interface (Microphone) as well. The Tascam DRX family are great portable field recorders. Capable of tuning stringed instruments like a guitar and even a piano or harp if you choose. The sound recorder has several reverb effects built in and the DR-07X also a long lasting battery life up to 17.5 hours.
