How to use the Saute Function of your Instant pot
I consider there to be only about 5 things you need to learn to use on your Instant Pot to be skilled enough to start experimenting on your own. The best place to start is using the SAUTE function. It's a simple push of a button, and you basically just use your IP as a saute pan. No scary sealing of the pot. So start here. Get your confidence going. Then move on to doing a MANUAL cook with a natural release. (Try doing my video on Boiling Eggs next).
