This is a dish I’ve been eating since I was a kid. I remember being so excited when my Mom would make it. When I moved out I I had to learn how to make it for myself. Lol.
I hope you all enjoy it too! :)
****Remember:
You can always add more seasoning but you can take it out!! Start out with less then add more. Lol. You’re welcome. ;)
What I used:
10 ears fresh corn
1 Tbsp Seasoning Salt
1 and 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 and 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp sugar
Add water just until it’s a bit soupy. This can very depending on how much liquid is in your corn once scraped. I used about 1 cup in this video.
