Left, Right & Centre | Crackdown On Hate Speech: Justice Delayed?

Hours after Justice S Muralidhar and his fellow judge expressed anguish at no FIRs being filed against the hate speeches of three BJP leaders, the case was transferred from him and his marching orders came abruptly via a late night transfer order. The timing of this transfer has been questioned nationwide. The government defended the decision saying it had taken the consent of the three judges. Also, the High Court today gave a month to the centre to update on the action taken. Tonight on Left, Right and Centre we ask, that why has justice been delayed by taking no action against hate speeches?
