PAINFUL. Shanann Watts' dad could not contain his emotions and sobbed in court Tuesday morning during Chris Watts' advisement hearing.  33-year-old Chris Watts, who has NC ties, is charged with the murders of his pregnant wife (Shanann) and two young daughters.
