Today I tried to tell how to make Ksheera in my hometown language Kasaragod Kannada. Hope you like it.

Ksheera which is also known as is considered as one of the best sweet with morning breakfast. One can prepare it easily within 30-45 minutes. My father who is a cook by profession helped me with shooting of video.

Ingredients required:
Rava/Sajjige
Sugar
Cashewnuts
Dry grapes
Ghee
Cardamom
