Hello they have updated the c3 tools they had changed the name from Phase shift converter to Yarg/ch/PS converter it's the same exact way I'm showing you in this video just follow my steps and I'm sorry for not talking I don't talk on YouTube and before u download more songs make sure u delete the old song folder
