Today I'm making some Parmesan & Herb Potato Wedges using the STEAM AIR FRY programme in the COMBI-STEAM Mode. I love this feature on the NINJA FOODI MAX 15in1 as it saves time by not par-boiling beforehand and they come out super fluffy and crispy in 16 minutes!
