I built a Budget Friendly PRECISION RIFLE out of a $50 garage sale rifle!

I bought a piece of junk rifle for $50, but I knew it had potential.  This is how I used carefully selected budget friendly upgrades to build a bad ass long range precision rifle for less than $1,000 TOTAL INCLUDING THE OPTIC! The rifle itself was only about $480, plus the $499 optic.  Just for reference, the Ruger Precision .308 (factory version of what I built) starts at $1,399 WITHOUT optic!
