It is nice to bake
It is nice to bake it in the oven especially during Canadian winter.
My husband eats grilled pork chops but my kid does not, the meat is too hard for him. If I bake it in the oven, there are no complaints and no leftovers.
Refrigerates nicely and becomes even more tender after reheating.
