The team pays great attention to detail, protecting the basement floor and other important elements, integrating fiber mesh into their mix for extra strength, and applying a bonding agent or adhesive for a strong bond between the prepped wall and the new mortar cement. Using advanced technology like a mortar sprayer, the team ensures a consistent and precise application of the cement. We also installed a basement waterproofing system that involves saw-cutting the concrete, laying a perforated pipe, installing a dimpled wall drain, and sealing the area with freshly poured concrete. Finally, the team applied two coats of high-quality Sherwin Williams elastomeric paint to the walls and two coats of quality floor paint to the basement floor, achieving a beautiful and welcoming space for our client.
