How to Apply for Transcript of Tribhuvan University
A Transcript is an official document containing all the courses and subjects one studies
each year, the marks or grades s/he achieved for each course, and the credit value and
level of each course.
Here are the steps to apply for the Transcript of Tribhuvan University:
Requirements:
Photocopy of TU Registration card
Photocopy of mark-sheets of every year or semester
Process for document submission
1. Fill out the voucher and deposit the fees at Global IME Bank located
opposite the Office of the Controller of Examinations in Kirtipur or Balkhu.
2. You can find the Transcript form at the Office of the Controller of
Examinations in Balkhu. Fill out the form.
3. Go to Room No. 1 of the Office of the Controller of Examinations in Balkhu
with the bank voucher.
4. You will get a computer voucher slip from room no. 1 and inquire which
room you should go to next.
5. Go to the redirected room number and submit your documents. You will
be told to visit again after a certain number of days to collect
the transcript.
6. When you come to collect the transcript, bring the above-mentioned
computer slip; your citizenship, license, or any ID proof, both original and
photocopy.
Application Charges:
Level For yearly system For semester system
Bachelors NPR 450 NPR550
Master’s NPR 550 NPR 750
If you don’t have Regd No. or it’s wrong on the mark sheet:
1. Go to IOST dean’s office examination branch, Balkhu
2. Deposit Nrs 300 per mark sheet on Dean’s office account
3. Photocopy all mark sheets to be corrected and registration slip
4. Write an application to Dean
5. Submit all photocopies, deposit slips, and application
Also, if you have lost your registration card first apply for it by filling out the
form With a 200 rupees voucher and get your card from window 9 or 10 and
then apply for a transcript.
