KEEP your BAD echoes...this item changes everything

Wuthering Waves leaks suggest an item called "Echo Frequency Chip" will be releasing soon allowing us to either re-roll substats, main stats, or copy over stats to echoes of the same type (the latter implying that we need to farm at least 1 of those ourselves before being able to copy the stat over).

I think this sounds amazing! What do you think?
