It would be no surprise
It would be no surprise if most peoples impression of The Royal Guardsmen was almost entirely based on their novelty recordings about a certain dog called Snoopy and his battles against The Red Barron.
It therefor comes as a surprise that this Dcember 1968 UK release turns out,in my opinion, to be one of the best records of 1968.Of course it bombed in the wake of their previous indescretions.
