1 kg pork shoulder collar
4 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp dark soya sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1tsp 5 spice powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fried minced garlic
MUSHROOMS
120g dried sliced Shitake mushrooms
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp sweet sauce (kicap manis)
1/2 tsp dark caramel sauce
1/2 cup (110 ml) water
SPLIT GREEN BEANS
400g split green beans

24 cooked chestnuts (can be more if you want to have more)
