Kiwi Ice Cream | Delicious flavor of golden kiwis | Fruit Salad with Ice Cream | Kiwi Compote Recipe

Kiwi Ice cream, sounds delicious. This is very creamy and fluffy ice cream made with golden kiwis. Kiwi have that tart taste which is sour and sweet at the same time. This ice cream can be had as is or can prepare fruit salad with ice cream.
Ingredients
Golden kiwi (large) - 4
Sugar - 1.5 Tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 Cup
Sweetened condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp
Optional - For fruit salad, some chopped fruits and dry fruits.
Instructions:
For Kiwi Compote, add 3 chopped kiwis in heavy bottom pan. Cook on medium heat till soft. Add sugar and lemon juice. When cooked soft and no more extra moisture remaining. Turn off heat and cool the mixture. Blend it till mixed well.
In a chilled bowl, add 1 cup heavy whipping cream. Whip this for 2 minutes. Add condensed milk and keep whipping. It doubles in volume and is fluffy. Add kiwi compote and vanilla extract. Whip till mixture is well combined and with soft peaks.
Add one fine chopped kiwi to this . set this in freezer before serving for minimum 6 hours or more.
For fruit salad, can be served with any choice of fruits or toppings.
