In Pocket Change  Episode 12 (our final for 2023),  we chat with Laura Jennings about the difference between diversity and inclusion, and how we may be part of a dominant culture at work and not be aware of it.  Workplaces are where we spend many of our waking hours, so it's important to make sure we're aware of how we make others feel when they're sharing that space as well.  

It's not about gender or education, it's how we as bystanders recognise when others feel 'othered'.
