Mikrotik Router on a stick overview

Someone asked me recently about configuring a Mikrotik router as a "router on a stick", where one interface is used to route between multiple VLANs on a separate ethernet switch.  This is perfectly doable of course, but did you know that most Mikrotik routers (excluding their carrier grade gear) are actually "Router on a Stick" internally?  This video explains that and also how a basic router on a stick configuration is made.
