To change your IP address
To change your IP address in Windows 11 without using any software, you can follow these steps:
Open the Settings app by pressing the Windows key + I on your keyboard or by clicking on the Start menu and selecting Settings.
Click on "Network & internet" from the list of options.
In the left-hand menu, click on "Ethernet" or "Wi-Fi" depending on which type of connection you want to change the IP address for.
Click on "Properties" below the name of your network connection.
Scroll down to the "IP settings" section and click on "Edit".
Under "Edit IP settings", choose "Manual" from the dropdown menu.
Enter the new IP address you want to use in the "IP address" field. Make sure the new IP address is within the range of your network's IP addresses.
Enter the subnet mask and default gateway for your network.
