Curious to try making the crispy spinach from Yoshinoya. When I tried making it, the taste turned out to be quite similar. What makes me happy is that everyone loves it, Alhamdulillah...

🌿Crispy Spinach🌿

Ingredients:
🌿1 bunch of spinach
🌿5 tbsp cornstarch
🌿salt
🌿mushroom bouillon
🌿ground pepper
🌿cooking oil

Instructions:
🌿Clean and trim the spinach, using only the leaves.
🌿Wash the spinach thoroughly and wait until it's dry (you can use a paper towel to help with this).
🌿Cut the spinach into small pieces.
🌿Add cornstarch and mix well until the spinach is coated evenly.
🌿Season with salt, mushroom bouillon, and ground pepper, and mix until the spinach is well seasoned.
🌿Heat the cooking oil, then add the spinach leaves.
🌿Fry the spinach until there's no more sizzling sound from the oil.
🌿Remove the spinach from the oil and let it drain.
🌿Crispy spinach is ready to be enjoyed with hot rice!
