Dust Mite Allergy Causing Bedtime Nasal Congestion

There is nothing better than falling asleep into a nice clean bed… but not so nice when your nose often gets stuffed up or congested after laying down. The culprit may be what you are also sleeping with at the microscopic level, no matter how clean the bed appears to be. Known as dust mites, these microscopic arachnids are virtually invisible to the naked eye being only 0.2 to 0.3 mm in size. Dust mites and their excrements are one of the most common indoor allergen causing people to suffer an allergic reaction whenever laying down to sleep.
