WHAT. A. DAY. Double days just hit different in marathon training, and when they are at 6000ft. A big session on the track followed by and easy treadmill run and some light mobility work. I also managed to fit in a meeting or two and a nap, to say I was pretty exhausted by the end of it is an understatement! Enjoy my pain!
