Quick, easy, to the point. Prologue - Escape the Nautiloid! This walkthrough guide for Baldur's Gate 3 will show you how to rescue the Illithid's Captive trapped in the Mind Flayer Pod. To save Shadowheart, you need to find a Eldritch Rune and use it to activate the console. This will then free Shadowheart from the pod.
There is a locked chest in the same room as Shodowheart. The key to this chest is in the next room where you got the Eldritch Rune, loot the female body at the entrance to the room.
