1 Medium Onion sliced
2 Table spoon Olive Oil
Half juice of lemon or lime
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 and half teaspoon salt
Garnish with red onion rings
chopped parsley and coriander
on Lavash bread
Sprinkle sumac on top
