Rajya Sabha passes The National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second (Amendment) Bill, 2023. The Bill amnds and consolidates the law relating to development, expansion and operation of telecommunication services and telecommunication networks; assignment of spectrum; and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.
