USCG Sikorsky MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter, demonstrating its rescue capabilities as part of Seattle's Sea Fair celebration. 7/31/18.
Coast Guard rescue swimmers are really bad-ass, and I'm glad I arrived early enough to get a front row "seat" for this!

0:22 - A mannequin, serving as the rescue victim , is dropped out of the helicopter
1:10 - USCG rescue swimmer jumps from the helicopter
1:44 - The rescue swimmer and victim are picked up by USCG RB-M boat
2:25 - The helicopter returns, and lowers a cable to the boat
3:46 - The helicopter lowers a rescue basket along the cable, and uses it to bring the victim aboard the helicopter
5:05 - The rescue swimmer is winched up to the helicopter
