The Mantis Blade build I used for my Very Hard playthrough. Fast-paced, aggressive, and a lot of fun. All gameplay is on Very Hard difficulty against Moderate to Hard Danger level open-world encounters.

I forgot to mention I'm also using an implant called Biomonitor, which next to my Second Heart helps to keep me alive:
Instantly restores 60% Health when Health drops to 15%. Cooldown 150s.
