MPS® The Modular Production System

Festo Didactic MPS® configuration consisting of 2 lines:

- Main line: MPS® 203 I4.0, Compact Trainer I4.0, packaging station and storage station
- Feeder line: Distribution conveyor station and programming station

We assemble a small and smart micro controller workpiece, package it and store it in a webserver-controlled storage station. The distribution conveyor station in the feeder line is solely controlled by Tec2Screen®.

All workpieces are equipped with RFID based digital product memories. The process is started via a lightweight MES system.
