Eating at Carbone. Most OVERRATED NYC Restaurant? Amazing Italian American Food?

I eat and review one of the most difficult New York City restaurants to get a reservation at, Carbone in Greenwich Village. The restaurant has a Michelin Star, but also high prices. I try some of the dishes the establishment is most known for such as the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta.
