JP Morgan Investment Banking Task 1 & 2 Part 1 Solutions | Virtual Internship

These are my suggested solutions for Task 1 and 2 of the J.P. Morgan Investment Banking Virtual Internship. J.P. Morgan provides excellent templates and information to work through these tasks which allowed me to really focus on providing a strong analysis rather than spending most of my time on structuring my work. Overview: Task 1 is an assessment of M&A Targets based on the strategy of our client WorldWide Brewing that is looking to expand into the Asia market through M&A. When considering potential recommendations for the client the characteristics I searched for were whether or not the business operates in diverse geographies in the APAC region and the diversity of their operations. Other considerations were the strength of financial position and the ownership structure. Task 2 was performing some analysis on the overview of HappyHour Co.
