Hey guys!
He's a little look into what I have been doing to START the sleep training process with my newborn. I don't plan on being strict with sleep training her for another couple of months but I just wanted to start to try to get her on some kind of schedule and familiarize her with her crib/room so the transition will be easier. I hope you enjoyed!
ALSO: I usually use the nested bean swaddle but it was in the wash. Here is the link:
