The best way to save money on groceries in new zealand is to shop at the cheapest supermarket/grocery store. I did a grocery haul and compared the cost of groceries in Pack n Save, New World and Countdown supermarkets and discovered that the cheapest supermarket provides savings of over $10 a week on groceries.
