Save Chickens from Overheating

Heat stress can be a real problem on farm. It's mid-July as I publish this video and the temperatures are set to be in the mid to high 90s all week. Our humidity is really high as well. All that makes for stressed out broiler chickens.

If  the birds are stressed they're not eating and they're more likely to develop health issues and/or die. I made this video because I heard this advice somewhere and I don't think it's something everyone might think of right away. This is one of the ways I keep my mortality down on hot days. It makes your birds happy, it saves lives, and it's kind of fun to do.
