Why Are Techies Fleeing Bangalore Key Decisions by Building Owners Explained

Things are changing fast in Bengaluru, known as the electronics city.
The dreams of the tech hub owners who have been getting crores of rupees as rents for years are dashing.
As many tech companies are moving from the city to other areas, there are significant changes in house rents.
Those who collect huge deposits along with thousands of rents are now having to back down.
Techies, who have been facing severe rent problems for the last two years, are gradually moving out of Bengaluru city to the suburbs. As a result, house rents in suburban areas like Whitefield have come down by 15 to 20 percent, brokers say.
35 to 40 thousand for a 2BHK in areas like Sarjapura, Whitefield, Hudi, Outer Ring Road.
But after moving to the outskirts of the city, renters claim that they can get a 3BHK for just 38,000.
And last year it became difficult to find a house in Bangalore city.
There have been reports that along with huge deposits for flat rent, there is also a need to attend interviews like jobs in some places.
But now things are completely different, say real estate analysts.
Building owners are coming down as rental inventories rise.
Many people are making it clear that they are also interested in reducing the rent.

However, reports say that no one on the other side even batted an eye, so 10,000 was reduced and given as rent.
A similar situation is reported to have been repeated in Budigera on the outskirts of Whitefield.
Recently, a tech revealed that a 2BHK in Mysore Road, which used to rent for 40,000, is now available for 30,000.
Experts expect rents to drop further in the coming days.
