🔷️ Ingredients for 1 kg minced beef
- minced beef ( keema ) 1 kg
- onion ( payaz ) 1 fine chopped
- fresh mint leaves ( podina ) fine chopped 1/2 cup or 5-6 tbs
- fresh coriander leaves ( dhaniya ) 1 cup
- ginger garlic paste ( adrak lehson paste ) 1 tbs
- green chili paste ( sabz mirch ) 2 tbs
- maize flour( makki ka atta ) 1/2 cup
- salt ( namak ) 1 tbs
- red chili flakes ( kuti laal mirch ) 1 tbs
- termuric powder ( haldi ) 1/2 tsp
- whole spice powder ( garam masla ) 2 tbs
- coriander seeds ( sabut dhaniya ) 3 tbs
- Pomegranate Seeds ( anaardana kuta hua ) 1.5 tbs
- lemon juice ( nimbo pani ) 5-6 tbs
- egg ( anda ) 1
