How to Send Stickers on WhatsApp

Want to learn about WhatsApp's new sticker feature? Watch this video to find out how to get WhatsApp stickers, how to send stickers on WhatsApp, and how to get more free sticker packs.

To begin, make sure you’ve updated WhatsApp to the newest version. Then launch WhatsApp and select a conversation you’d like to send a sticker in. In the text box above your keyboard, you’ll see a new icon on the right side. This is the new sticker icon. Tap it to access stickers. By default, you’ll have just one set of stickers. Scroll down to see more stickers. Tap a sticker to send it in your chat.

To add more sticker packs, tap the plus sign in the top right corner of the sticker window. Here you can see all of the additional sticker packs available to download. Tap the download arrow beside any sticker pack you’d like to download. There are currently 12 to choose from. Once you’ve added multiple sticker packs, you’ll see a small icon representing each sticker pack at the top of the sticker window. Tap one of those icons to switch between your various sticker options.
