Removing Lacquer from Trumpet

M Ito shows you the steps on how he removed lacquer (de-lacquered / un-lacquered) from a Trumpet. After unlacquering, the trumpet sounds a bit darker as measured by a spectrum analyzer. The trumpet is CONN 9B Symphony Grand Gustat around 1930's, with some restoration and re-lacquering works done by a previous owner.
