Draft Local Planning Scheme No. 7

The City is inviting stakeholder and community feedback on the draft Local Planning Scheme No. 7 which replaces the Town Planning Scheme No. 6. The draft Plan proposes to accommodate additional population and housing required by the state planning framework in a number of growth areas across our City.
