Exceptionally heavy rainfall pounding Central Europe has prompted deadly flooding in the region, ravaging parts of Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland and Romania. This same weather system that has unleashed record-high rains over the course of several days, is now headed towards Slovakia and Hungary.
