The popular Desi Chinese dish Paneer Chilli is loved by all because it has a delicious hint of sweetness, sourness and spicy kick.
Famous Chef Shagun Mehra presents an easy recipe and shows how to make Paneer Chilli at home. Make this dish and just binge on! Serve as a starter or appetizer or have it as a side dish along with Fried Rice, Noodles and enjoy the yum-yum experience.

Paneer Chilli Recipe -

Ingredients:
1) 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Masala
2) 2 tablespoon of oil
3) 200gram of paneer cubes
4) 100gram of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot)
5) 1 slit green chilli
6) 2 cup (300ml) water
5) Chopped Spring onion for garnishing

00:33 Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan & stir-fry 200g paneer cubes, 1 cup (100g) diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot) & 1 slit green chilli (add more if you want it hot) for 2-3 minutes.
1:42 Add 3 tsp (20g) Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Masala to 2 cups (300ml) water & mix well.
2:09 Add masala mixture & stir well. Bring to a boil & simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes.
2:44 Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.
