Head2Head - Gamo Swarm Maxxim vs Walther Terrus

You have been asking for a Head2Head comparing the best entry-level breakbarrels and here it is! We have chosen the Gamo Swarm Maxxim and the Walther Terrus, both in .22. Our criteria for choosing the guns were they need to be in the $200 range, accurate, and not very hold sensitive. On the one hand the Swarm Maxxim has Gamo’s revolutionary 10-shot rotary magazine and on the other hand the Terrus has German quality at an affordable price. Which one will win? Watch and see!

The Swarm comes bundled with a scope, but to give the gun a fair shake we replaced it with a 3-12x32 Bug Buster.

We mounted a Hawke Vantage 4-16x50 AO scope on the Terrus.
