Box jellyfish research breakthrough by Manoa biochemist

University of Hawaii at Manoa researcher Angel Yanagihara has developed a medicine that effectively treats the sting of a box jellyfish. Her work was published in the December 2012 edition of PLOS ONE, the world's most prestigious, open access, online scientific journal.
