Guild Wars 2 | Illuminating Skywatch Archipelago | Secrets of the Obscure

For the new (pve) legendary armor.. you will have to do soto map completions.. but you can also do the achievement "illuminating skywatch archipelago" - you have to lit up the lanterns across the maps (you have to have 100% map completion on the map to make the lanterns spawn tho)
completing the achievement will reward you with its gift of map completion :)
