4 - Potatoes(peeled & soaked)
150 gms- Paneer(grated)
1 tbsp - Tandoori Masala
Oil (for deep frying)
3 tbsp - Coriander Leaves(chopped)
1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp - Coriander Seeds Powder
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp - Chaat Masala
1 - Green Chili(chopped)
2 tbsp - Cashew Nuts & Raisins (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
½ cup - Hung Curd
1 tbsp - Gram Flour
¼ tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp - Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp - Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tbsp - Oil
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)
