The RBS-PRO Chuck Upgrade for Power Wrappers features a specially designed, anodized adaptor stand secured in place by a steel mounting plate that works to retro fit any American Tackle or Pac Bay units. Study--yet easy to install--this upgraded chuck attaches securely in place without any additional drilling required and works seamlessly with the stock specs of your current stands, belts, and track components.
Features of the RBS-PRO Chuck Upgrade:
- Heavy-duty precision machined aircraft grade aluminum headstock and chuck
- Premium sealed ball bearings for ultra-smooth operation
- Stepped aluminum pulleys, allowing 4 different speed and torque configurations
- Interchangeable Concave and Convex chuck teeth (convex allow teeth to tighten around a blank
as small as .250")
Installation Instructions:
1. To get started, remove the rod stands and separate the tracks on the American Tackle or Pac Bay wrapper. Use a 10mm wrench to remove the bolts holding on the chuck.
2. Once you remove the old chuck, you can slide your new CRB Chuck Upgrade down the track and into place where the old chuck was located.
3. Before locking the new chuck down, put the old belt from the American Tackle/Pac Bay wrapper into place and line it up.
Note: Pay attention to the pully as to not accidentally place over the plate mounting screws.
4. Once the belt is aligned, use a 10mm wrench to tighten the front and back bolts at the base of the chuck.
