The GWASY-A unit-type Rotogravure printing
The GWASY-A unit-type Rotogravure printing machine adopts an advanced seven-motor four-stage closed-loop tension control system, and the tension automatic roll changing action program is controlled by German Siemens PLC and human-machine interface. It can automatically receive and change materials under high-speed working conditions. The whole machine has a compact structure and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for printing on various film materials. (Seven-motor vector control four-stage closed-loop tension control system, composed of Japanese Tengcang cylinder + ABB motor + Japanese Yaskawa inverter + German Siemens PLC)
Main structure and features:
1. The printing speed of this machine is 120-180 m/min, and the mechanical speed is 180 m/min.
2. Main drive mechanism: The main drive adopts Japanese Yaskawa vector inverter to control the vector motor and drive each set of printing plates. Features: Save electricity. Pneumatic clutch version.
3. Shaftless plate loading mechanism: The plate is loaded using a cylinder, which pulls the mandrel to load the plate, and the horizontal adjustment is made by screw movement. Features: Reduce plate change time, ensure concentricity, and improve product quality.
4. Ink scraper mechanism: The scraper can be adjusted up and down and at any angle. The scraper pressure uses a single cylinder, and the lateral movement uses a synchronous motor to rotate the cam. Features: Extended version of longevity noodles.
5. Imprint lifting mechanism: The imprint adopts double cylinder boosting and slider self-locking position to protect the cylinder from air leakage and the shutdown cylinder from falling down. Features: Ensure uniform pressure and ensure color difference.
6. Color registration manipulator: A computer-controlled synchronous motor is used to adjust the ball screw through a reduction drive to perform automatic color registration. Features: rotational lubrication, high color registration accuracy.
7. Retracting and unwinding mechanism: Dual-station is adopted, and the retracting and unwinding tension and the retracting and unwinding traction tension adopt variable frequency vector control line speed. Features: Accelerated color registration and stable printing, no plate running in the horizontal direction, saving materials, inks, solvents and energy for large-volume printing, fully automatic material change at high speed, saving about 20% of ink, solvents and energy, greatly reducing the cost of main products.
8. Drying and cooling structure: The oven uses centrifuge blowing and suction, and electric heating tubes are distributed at the blowing ports of each group of ovens for heating. An air volume thermal cycle is formed inside the oven. The temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller.
