Shop bought ice cream is very often overly sweet and some have undesirable additives. Ice cream makers are now widely available and inexpensive.  If you like ice cream I would highly recommend that you buy one. You can then adjust the amount of sugar and use only natural ingredients to make your own ice cream.

Caster sugar (細砂糖) 90g
