Join me as I tackle No.25 on the list of Taiwan’s mini 100 peaks (小百岳), Mt Shiniu (石牛山)。
At just 671m it doesn’t sound like much of a challenge but this one proved to be a lot tougher than expected.
Then afterwards I headed into Hsinchu’s Guanxi town for a unique bowl of noodles.
