Hi let’s see how to make Chicken Dum Biryani easily at home with Eastern Biryani Masala

Ingredients
To marinate chicken
Chicken 500 gm
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Thick curd 1/4th cup curd
Kashmiri red chilly powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
Mint chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilly crushed 3 or as per taste
Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
Eastern Biryani Masala 2 tbsp to 2.5 tbsp can be added

To cook rice
Basmati rice 300 gm
Water 1 litre
Dry spices
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp

To fry onion
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion 1 big thinly sliced

For chicken gravy
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Onion 1 big sliced
Tomato 1 medium
Water 100 ml or as required
Salt as required

To layer biryani
Mint, coriander & green chilli
Saffron milk
Ghee
Fried onion
